I successfully installed a new water heater pan, ensuring it was properly aligned and securely fastened to prevent any leaks. Additionally, I installed a new expansion tank to manage water pressure and prevent potential damage to the system. A new vent cap was fitted to the gas water heater to maintain proper ventilation and efficiency. I also installed a new vent grill for the door to the water heater room, enhancing airflow and safety. Each component was installed with precision, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

I pulled the toilet in the handicap stall of the woman’s restroom at the clubhouse. I found it had been set with a rubber seal instead of a wax seal and it was misshaped and worked. Then I found a wad of paper hand towels had gotten caught on a tampon applicator, that was stuck inside the bottom of the toilet. I removed the obstruction and reset the toilet. I tested it several times and it is working properly at this time.

I pulled the toilet In the first floor women’s restroom and found the closet flange was cracked. I replaced the closet flange, reset the toilet and replaced the flapper and fill valve inside its tank. I put fresh sealant around the base of the toilet and tested it several times. Everything is working properly at this time.
