Dear consumer, I am one of the many skeptical people that believe that the majority of reviews are purchased or simply plain fake. Boy was I wrong! Service Ready Air Conditioning & Plumbing reviews are legit. These are real HAPPY customers. I experienced it myself. The whole experience was smooth and non-intimidating. I received a call back to schedule my service appointment within 5 minutes of submitting my online request. Liz was extremely sweet and patiently listened to all my concerns. She quickly referred me to another company that could come and help me get water back in the entire house that same afternoon. She did NOT think about getting another customer. She thought about solving my issue IMMEDIATELY like if it was her own problem even if she had to refer me to a competitor. God bless her soul. I kindly thanked her for the offer and declined it. I told her I felt more comfortable waiting one more day and having Service Ready come by the house. Mr. James was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable. Also patiently listened to all my concerns and answered every single question with a smile on his face. 5 stars is too little for this great company. I am giving it a 100 star on customer service, proactiveness, and work ethics. Service Ready Air Conditioning & Plumbing, you are number 1 in my speed dial. I am forever thankful to Liz and Mr. James.

The largest factor in determining the cost of a new well is the depth of your well. Unfortunately, in order to calculate the actual depth of your well, a Service Ready expert will have to drill into it. Other factors that determine the cost of a new well are the type of well system (standard or constant pressure), the size of the tank, the horsepower of the pump, and the distance of the well to your house. Additionally, we take public information on other wells in your area into consideration upon calculating the cost of a new well.
Once the permit is granted and received, it typically takes on average, about a week’s time to drill a new well. This process includes drilling the well, hooking it up, and testing the water. However, it cannot be guaranteed, especially during summer. It is always best to apply for the permit at least a month in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly and you may want to consider having Service Ready apply for the permit on your behalf for accuracy as the application process is something that might not be familiar to you.
Well pumps are rated in GPM (Gallons per Minute). A typical three to four bedroom house requires around eight to 12 GPM. When determining your home water needs, add one GPM for every water fixture in your home. A Service Ready plumbing expert will also be able to accurately calculate what size well pump is needed for your home and water needs.
The type of pump, its depth, location, and the size of your well all determine the cost of replacing and/or installing a submersible well pump. Have a trusted Service Ready plumbing expert assess your home and water needs to get a quote on the cost to install a submersible well pump.
If you notice your well pump is running constantly, it is highly likely there is a larger underlying problem with your pump. Potential issues with your well pump could be a leak in the drop pipe, air leaks in the impeller of the pump casing, faulty check valves inside of the well pump, and/or a damaged foot valve at the bottom of your well. If your well pump is running constantly, call a Service Ready repair expert to help resolve the issue.
If your well pump is properly maintained, it should be okay to turn off your well pump. When doing so, it’s also a good idea to shut off the power to the hot water heater. In rare cases, a broken water line can siphon water out of the hot water heater, causing damage to the unit. It’s important to have your well pump properly maintained by a Service Ready professional at least once a year.

Service Ready Air Conditioning & Plumbing did such a great job when they came out for a clogged drain in my bathroom. We weren't able to clear it ourselves, but they were able to come out same-day when we called. They sent a text when the tech was on their way too. I would recommend them if you have a home in the West Palm Beach area. Thanks!
