We weren't able to clear it ourselves, but they were able to come out same-day when we called. They sent a text when the tech was on their way too. Dear consumer, I am one of the many skeptical people that believe that the majority of reviews are purchased or simply plain fake. Boy was I wrong! Service Ready Air Conditioning & Plumbing reviews are legit. These are real HAPPY customers. I experienced it myself. The whole experience was smooth and non-intimidating. I received a call back to schedule my service appointment within 5 minutes of submitting my online request. Liz was extremely sweet and patiently listened to all my concerns. She quickly referred me to another company that could come and help me get water back in the entire house that same afternoon. She did NOT think about getting another customer. She thought about solving my issue IMMEDIATELY like if it was her own problem even if she had to refer me to a competitor. God bless her soul. I kindly thanked her for the offer and declined it. I told her I felt more comfortable waiting one more day and having Service Ready come by the house. Mr. James was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable. Also patiently listened to all my concerns and answered every single question with a smile on his face. 5 stars is too little for this great company.
